InsightsCategory: DemographicsHow is Downtown Rush Hour Traffic Different Now Versus Before The Housing Boom?

It seems that rush hour traffic into and out of Downtown San Diego has changed a lot in the last 20 years: it used to be that more people left downtown in the evenings, now it seems like more people are going in.

Compare traffic volume into and out of San Diego before and after the housing boom, or look at the number of people who work in verses live in downtown area over time.
